# RemoteAccessApp > RemoteAccessApp is a free, consent-based remote desktop and remote support app for Windows 10 and 11 and Linux (X11 and Wayland): see and control your own PCs or help someone with theirs, chat, run commands and use SSH, SFTP, FTP, RDP and VNC, with the person at the PC asked first and a banner on their screen while anyone is connected. No account needed to connect with a code. Key facts: - No account needed: install, open and connect with an 8-digit code. The person at the PC clicks Allow. - Free for up to 5 PCs and 5 saved hosts, with 3 open at once, for personal and commercial use. No card needed. - Consent first: unless unattended access was turned on at the PC, the person there must click Allow before anything is shown. - A banner stays on the remote PC's screen for as long as anyone is connected, with a chat button. - The person at the PC can switch to view-only (no mouse, keyboard or commands) or quit at any time. - Sessions from the Windows Console are end-to-end encrypted; the relay only forwards data it can't read. - No session time limits: a session stays open as long as you need it and reconnects on its own. - Also a server tool: SSH terminal in tabs with saved scripts (run one on many servers at once), SFTP and FTP file managers, saved RDP and VNC connections, and web admin panels. - Your PCs in any web browser, including on a Mac, a phone or a tablet. - Pro is on sale: unlimited PCs, hosts and sessions, 60 fps, sound, every monitor, screenshots, Bedtime, Teams and more. Everything in the free plan stays free. - Made by Rust Games Australia Pty Ltd, an Australian company (ABN 64 683 623 065).
