Sessions from the app are end-to-end encrypted, updates are signed and checked before they install, your account password never reaches our server, and you can turn on two-factor sign-in. From the RemoteAccessApp Console, yes: it's encrypted end to end between your Console and their PC, and the relay only forwards the encrypted stream and can't see the screen, your typing or your files. In a web browser the connection is encrypted too, but not end to end: the RemoteAccessApp website decodes the picture so your browser can show it. Use the Console when that matters.
