How it works
Step 1: Create a free account
Sign up with your email. No card needed.Step 2: Set up the PCs you'll reach
Run the free installer on each one, choose Set up this PC, and sign in or type the 6-digit setup code from your dashboard.Step 3: Connect from anywhere
Open the Console on your own Windows PC, or sign in on the website from any browser. The person at the PC clicks Allow.
Built around consent
Every feature follows the same rule: nobody connects behind anyone's back. Unless unattended access is on, the PC asks the person there to allow each session and shows nothing until they do. A banner stays on their screen while anyone is connected, and they can switch to view-only or quit at any time. Read how it all fits together on the security page, or start with our step-by-step guides. Moving from another tool? Switch to RemoteAccessApp.
